Four Creeks is a residential neighborhood whose homeowners are members of a community association. This page explains what that association does day to day, and the values it works by.
What we do
The association's work, in plain terms
A homeowners association exists to look after the parts of a neighborhood that belong to everyone. At Four Creeks, that comes down to four responsibilities.

Care for the common areas
The association maintains the neighborhood's shared spaces — landscaped areas, green space, and other common grounds — so they stay safe, tidy, and pleasant for everyone who lives here.

Administer community standards evenly
The association's recorded governing documents set out the standards homeowners have agreed to. The board applies them consistently and fairly, including the review of proposed exterior changes.

Steward shared resources
Assessments paid by homeowners fund the upkeep of common areas and the association's other obligations. The board manages those funds carefully on the membership's behalf.

Keep residents informed
The board and management office answer questions, share meeting agendas and association records with residents on request, and keep this website as a direct, always-open channel.

Three things we try to get right
Good neighbors
A community works when people look out for one another. The association's role is to handle the shared responsibilities so that being a good neighbor stays simple.
Care for shared places
Well-kept common areas lift the whole neighborhood. Maintenance is steady and unglamorous work, and we treat it as the association's first job.
An open door
Residents can always reach the board — by form, email, or phone — and can request the association's governing documents, agendas, and records at any time.
Environment
The creeks and the green space
The neighborhood takes its name from the creeks and natural drainage that shape its landscape, and that setting is a large part of what residents value about living here. The association plans its landscaping and maintenance work with the landscape in mind: keeping green areas healthy, keeping shared outdoor spaces in good condition, and respecting the natural corridors that run through and around the community.
That care is ongoing rather than seasonal-only — routine upkeep, attention after weather, and a preference for keeping natural areas natural instead of over-building them.
