Privacy Policy

This website is operated for Four Creeks Homeowners Association (“the association”, “we”). It is an informational community site, and it is deliberately light on data: there are no accounts, no payments, and no sign-ups here. This policy explains the little the site does collect and how it is handled.

What the site collects

The only place this site asks you for personal information is the contact form, which collects your name, your address or unit, your email address, a topic, and your message. Sending the form is entirely voluntary — every other page can be read without telling us anything.

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We use those logs only for those purposes.

How we use what you send

Contact-form messages are used only to respond to your inquiry and to handle the matter you raise — a maintenance report, a document request, an architectural request, a billing question, and so on. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists, or share your message outside the board and management office except where handling your request requires it (for example, passing a maintenance report to the contractor who will fix it) or where the law requires it.

How the form is delivered

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service, which transmits your submission to our mailbox at board@fourcreekshoa.org. Your submission passes through FormSubmit's systems in transit and is subject to that service's own privacy practices, which we don't control.

Cookies and advertising

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own and runs no analytics of its own. If you arrived here by clicking an advertisement or a search result, the platform that showed it to you (for example, a search or advertising network) may set its own cookies and measure its own clicks under its own privacy policy — that happens on their systems, not ours, and we don't control it. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when a page loads.

Retention

Messages sent through the site are kept for as long as they're needed to handle the inquiry and any association business that arises from it, and consistent with the association's record-keeping obligations. After that, they are deleted in the ordinary course.

Your choices

You can ask us what correspondence of yours we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing to board@fourcreekshoa.org or sending a request through the contact form. We'll respond as soon as practical, subject to any records the association is required to keep.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. The version posted here is the one in effect.
